Japan Tour

Day 1 (Sunday): Welcome to Tokyo! – Meet & Greet at the hotel. Free evening.

Day 2 (Monday): Fresh Market Street Food Tour and “Swarms of Living Creatures”
Aquarium Tour.

Day 3 (Tuesday): Visit the Japan Branch Office – At one of the largest Branches of
Jehovah’s witnesses you will see how Ebina Bethel supports the global preaching activity and experience the unity of our worldwide brotherhood.

Day 4* (Wednesday): Day trip. Travel to Hakone via express train – Stay overnight in a hotsprings town.

Day 5 (Thursday): All-Day Tour of Hakone mountainous region then return to Tokyo hotel.

Day 6 (Friday): Traditional Tokyo – Tour Historic Old Town and a Japanese Garden.

Day 7 (Saturday): Modern Tokyo – Tour Downtown city views and lights.

Day 8** (Sunday): Free Day – Enjoy recreation or entertainment such as nearby Yokohama and experience the Shinkansen.

Day 9** (Monday): Free Day – Enjoy recreation or entertainment such as near by Tokyo
Disney Sea or Ueno Zoological Gardens.

Day 10 (Tuesday): Check-out and Depart Tokyo. – “Mata”!

*On 3/19/2026: Breakfast, dinner, and admission to the hot springs is included in the tour price. Please bring a bathing suit.

**Your local tour-guide will offer additional options for the midweek meeting attender, “the shopper”, “the relaxer, “the adventurer”, or “the explorer”. They can also provide necessary information anytime during the week to assist with pre-arranged plans on these days
(3/22/2026, 3/23/2026).

Note: As indicated on the itinerary, this tour involves various public transit and plenty of
walking including climbing a lot of stairs!—An average of 12,000 steps is achieved each
sightseeing day—Please plan on this and make sure to pack a pair of walking shoes.

• 25% deposit (up to $400 maximum per person) non-refundable
• No insurance, no refunds. A claim, with the proper paperwork, for an insured reason, must be presented to the insurance company.
• Lack of Insurance results in no refunds of any type.
• The final balance is due 90 days prior to departure on all trips.
• Reservations made less than 90 days before departure require full payment.

Land Package prices signify that…
BCT will provide your transportation during the tour but you will be required to arrange your own transportation (be that airfare or train or car) at the beginning and after the tour.

Unless the arrival and departure hotels provide complimentary hotel/airport shuttle service Land Package travelers will need to arrange their own airport/hotel transportation.

BCT is not responsible for any cost associated with the cost of your transportation (be that airfare or train or car) at the beginning and after the tour. Including penalties, fees, and/or rebooking costs when a trip is canceled or moved.

A 6% convenience (secure processing) fee will be added for reservations made online and a $30/person discount will be added. Booking over the phone, no convenience fee will be added, nor will you receive a $30/person discount.
