Suggested Itinerary
Day 1 (Wednesday): Welcome to Tokyo! – Meet & Greet at the hotel. Free evening
Day 2 (Thursday): Visit famous Toyosu Fish Market – Then head to Daiba. Take in the city views along the bay and explore many attractions at Diver City Tokyo Plaza.
Day 3 (Friday): Visit the Japan Branch Office – At one of the largest Branches of Jehovah’s Witnesses you will see how Ebina Bethel supports the global preaching activity and experience the unity of our worldwide brotherhood.
*This Branch Office is open for tours as of June 2023. The Bethel tour will be reserved as permitted according to local circumstances.
Day 4 (Saturday):Visit Asakusa, Nakamise Street – With history going back to the latter half of the 17th century, it’s lined with rows of shops selling uniquely Japanese souvenirs and traditional street foods. Then, visit a Tokyo Metropolitan Park for a secret traditional Japanese cultural experience.
Day 5 (Sunday): Tokyo Sightseeing – Imperial Palace Garden. Surrounded by a moat and an abundant variety of trees, it is like a world apart situated right in the middle of Tokyo. Satisfy your appetite near Tokyo Station for lunch then off to the Ginza District of symbolic architecture.
Day 6 (Monday): Kyoto, Day I – Pack your overnight bag and rise early. Every minute of the day counts so we’re taking the Shinkansen, Bullet Train! Enjoy the beauty as the views gradually improve at a steady pace past Mt. Fuji prior to arriving to this ancient city capital. It will be time well spent in the Northern and Eastern Districts. Will you spot cherry blossoms? It will be an adventure!
Day 7 (Tuesday): Kyoto, Day II – We’ll continue our excursion visiting attractions in this “city that survived”. Shop for crafts, taste specialty snacks, and enjoy fusion cuisine or traditional foods satisfying locals for centuries. By the time we depart you will have discovered creativity and rich cultural history that simply takes your breath away.
Day 8 (Wednesday): FREE Day – Enjoy recreation or entertainment in the local neighborhoods surrounding your temporary residence!
*Optional: Tokyo Disney Sea! (only one in the world!). Or teamLab Planets. Or Ueno Zoological Gardens. Or a day in Yokohama (unwind at an onsen, hot spring). Your tour guide will offer additional options.
Day 9 (Thursday): Depart Tokyo. – “Mata”!
Note: As indicated on the itinerary, this tour involves various public transit and plenty of walking including climbing a lot of stairs! So please plan on this and make sure to pack a pair of walking shoes.

NOTE: A 6% convenience (secure processing) fee will be added for reservations made online and a $30/person discount will be added. Booking over the phone, no convenience fee will be added, nor will you receive a $30/person discount.
All prices herein are per person and are subject to change without notice. 'Full Package' prices are especially subject to change due to the fluctuation in airfare. For Instance: Travelers can expect to pay additional airfare for summer tour dates if their tour includes New York. We will notify you three months, or less, before your departure of any additional fees. *Should the prices noted herein differ from that shown when booking your tour, the price you select on checkout will be the one that is validated.
Regarding Land Package Pricing:
Land Package prices signify that…
BCT will provide your transportation during the tour but you will be required to arrange your own transportation (be that airfare or train or car) at the beginning and after the tour.
Unless the arrival and departure hotels provide complimentary hotel/airport shuttle service Land Package travelers will need to arrange their own airport/hotel transportation. For Instance: On most NY trips the BCT-provided arrival/departure hotel(s) may provide complimentary hotel/airport shuttle service. However on many of BCT’s international trips arrival and departure hotels may not.
BCT is not responsible for any cost associated with the cost of your transportation (be that airfare or train or car) at the beginning and after the tour. Including penalties, fees, and/or rebooking costs when a trip is canceled or moved.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- 25% deposit required to confirm any reservation
- 25% deposit (up to $400 maximum per person) non-refundable
- No insurance, no refunds. A claim, with the proper paperwork, for an insured reason, must be presented to the insurance company.
- Lack of Insurance results in no refunds of any type.
- The final balance is due 90 days prior to departure on all trips.
- Reservations made less than 90 days before departure require full payment.
