"I’m so very happy to have had this experience which I will never forget"

I've just finished an incredible tour of Ireland. My guide was Ruben and I cannot say enough good things about this brother. Is it possible to request him on future trips? I say this because there was another traveler in our group with a very difficult and demanding personality. If not for Ruben she would have ruined the trip for me. Ruben was very kind, patient, and professional in dealing with her demands. He was very accommodating to us all and still kept us on schedule and on time. I'm so very happy to have had this experience which I will never forget (except for the difficult traveler).
