- We purchase your flights, when possible, with other people traveling from your same area, whether they be a part of your group or not.

- If you’d like to travel earlier or later than the scheduled dates, just let us know and we can accommodate your request, usually with little or no additional charge.  Obviously, you’ll either need your own accommodation arrangements for those dates, or we can get you accommodations at the same hotel for the appropriate fee.

- We let you know of any flight schedule changes, whether before or during your trip.

- Your airport/hotel transfers are included.

You will need to get to the BCT provided hotel on your own. If the BCT provided hotel has complimentary airport/hotel shuttle service you're welcome to use it. Land Package prices signify that BCT will NOT provide your transportation EXCEPT during the tour. You will be required to arrange your own transportation (be that airfare or train or car) at the beginning and after the tour.

Also Land Package Prices signify that BCT is not responsible for any cost associated with the cost of your transportation (be that airfare or train or car) at the beginning and after the tour. Including penalties, fees and/or rebooking cost when a trip is cancelled or moved.
