What if I have a problem or concern while on tour?

To make sure that you have the best experience possible on tour, please inform your tour guide immediately of any concerns or problems with your hotel room or any other aspect of your trip. The sooner your Tour Guide is made aware of the concern or problem, the sooner he or she can help make it right! Otherwise, if you don't let your tour guide know what the problem or concern is, it may make your situation (or overall tour) less enjoyable.
