What are your rooming policies for NY and Mexico Trips?

4 to a Room = 2 double Beds There will be two double beds in the room. This means two people will share a double bed. We cannot get rooms with two queen beds in one room. 3 to a Room = 2 Double Beds 2 to a Room = 1 Queen Bed In most cases, hotels give double occupancy rooms one queen bed. We can request a room with two doubles but we cannot guarantee it. 1 to a Room = 1 Queen or 2 Double beds (Depends on hotel availability) Rollaway Beds - Rollaway beds can be requested. However, the hotel charge is passed on to the customer. Hotels charge approximately $10-$20. And, at times, rollaways are not available, but we will do our best to meet our customer’s requests, working within the boundaries of availability and hotel policy.

Handicap rooms are available upon request. Simply note this requirement in the 'Rooming Comments' box during the reservation process.
