What is the size of tour groups on scheduled tours?

In general our trips which include New York will be anywhere from about 20 and possibly up to 100 persons, and sometimes even more. For all other tours, not including New York, or outside of the United States, the groups could be as few as 5 or so, and up to possibly about 20.

It's the exception but since BCT is commiteed to not canceling a tour some NY Tour groups may also be small in size.
