If I book my trip with BCT by phone – do I still get a personal, online account?

Yes. All of our guests trip reservations (even those taken over the phone) are entirely online and are therefore entered online so that our customers can easily access their details at any time; from anywhere. However, if a BCT Agent enters your reservation for you (such as when you ask to have your reservation created over the phone) then you will not qualify for any discounts for making and maintaining your reservation online.
