How many are usually booked on a tour / trip?

When more than 12 have signed onto a scheduled trip then it's a bus trip and not a van trip. Most of our regular scheduled trips that include New York are 30 to 50 people.

Due to the nature of the trip J4U trips. NY Excursions and build your own trips could have as few as 4 to 8 people and the transportation provided is usually a van.

Regular scheduled Europe trips and international are kept smaller (under 30) so that better and more personal care can be given on such a trip. Europe trips tend to average 8 to 30 passengers.

If the trip has fewer than 12 people have signed on (and that seldom happens) then BCT has the option to use our BCT 15 passenger van. If that is necessary all travelers will be notified well in advance and will be given the option to move to a trip that requires a bus for transportation.
