How can I avoid high cancellation fees?

To avoid high cancellation fees we recommend you purchase travel insurance through an agent of your choice or Bethel Coach Tours can process your application with a reputable travel insurance agency. Our online reservation process includes the option to add insurance to your tour.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

  • $250 deposit required at time of reservation for all trips.
  • No Refunds Except Those Covered by Insurance.
  • Lack of Insurance results in no refunds.
  • Balance is due 90 days prior to departure on all trips.
  • Reservations made under 90 days before departure require full payment.

NOTE: Should you need to cancel your trip, and did not purchase insurance (therefore you are unable to file a claim) you will have a credit of your funds paid which will be valid FOR ONE YEAR from the date of your scheduled tour (i.e.- if you were scheduled to take a New York and Canada tour on June 11th, 2016, your credit will be valid until June 11th, 2017). There will be a fee of $50 for rebooking your tour. You may use your credit after one year and up to two years later for a fee of $150. After two years, the credit is lost. Additionally, your credits may ONLY be used on certain tours that Bethel Coach Tours deems applicable at the time of use. Your options will be given you when you are ready to use your funds (credits).

Also if at the time of cancellation BCT has already purchased your airline tickets those will be nonrefundable and you will have to cover the cost of transferring your tickets to another date?
