What happens on the first day of our trip (the arrival day)?

The first day of BCT trips is usually the arrival date. On almost all our trips there will be a meet and greet team, sometimes at the airport but most usually at the hotel where the group will be staying their first night. At the meet and greet welcome meeting you will be assisted with checking into your room and will be provided either orally or in written form an overview of what to expect next, especially the next day.

Most New York meet and greet person or personnel work from a designated area in the lobby of the hotel. They are usually there to meet and greet BCT customers from Hotel check in time (1 pm) to approximately 8 PM unless there are some full package later arrival. If full package customers are arriving much later than 8 PM arrangements will be made with the hotel to make sure the Hotel is ready for the Full Package travelers arrival.

Land Package travelers are certainly welcome and encouraged to take advantage and benefit from the meet and greet arrangement but being as how BCT did not purchase the air tickets BCT has no control nor can we monitor flight schedules and arrivals. Therefore BCT cannot guarantee someone will be available to meet and greet Land Package travelers.
