Does travel insurance cover for medical pre-existing conditions?

If you pay for your insurance the first time  you reserve a tour or before 21 days after your first deposit or payment medical pre-existing conditions will be covered.  If you pay for your insurance after 21 days since you made your first deposit or payment they will not be covered.
