Can I make a reservation on a trip that is soon to depart

On all of our trips (unless arrangements have been made otherwise) payment in full is due 90 days from departure. However, online shoppers can make reservations on a trip that is less than 90 days from departure. Such reservations must be paid in full at the time the reservation is made.

If the trip is under 90 days from departure and you make a reservation and you pay only the deposit plus travel insurance (if in fact you chose to get travel insurance – and we strongly recommend you do) then you will be notified by a BCT Agent that you need to pay in full as soon as possible. If you need a little extra time and we can accommodate you – no problem!
