Can I make arrangements to meet and spend time with those I know at Bethel?

Absolutely!  It is imperative however, to keep your Tour Guide well informed.

Your online itinerary lists the day you will be at each facility.

If you are planning to eat with a member of the Bethel family, here’s a rule of thumb: If your BCT tour group is scheduled to tour the facility in the morning, plan for lunch. If your BCT tour group is scheduled to tour the facility in the afternoon, schedule to have the evening meal with them.

If the Metropolitan Museum of Art bible tour is scheduled during the week and not on a Sunday then you can arrange to have Diner (not lunch) with the Brooklyn Bethel family and your BCT provided Tour Guide will give directions as to how you can meet back up with the group afterwards.
