Can I get my documents mailed to me?

Yes but BCT will agree to that ONLY if absolutely necessary.  Please inform us by email (email@bethelcoachtours.com) or by phone (575-434-3944) if you must us this method to make your reservation and to get your trip documents. A valid mailing address is required. However BCT is not responsible for any trip information delayed or lost or not updated as it would have been available to you online. Additionally, and due to the time and expense involved mailing trip documents to an individual on a reservation - BCT will only mail them out once very near the trips departure date. If those who requested the document be mailed to them have a discount for making and maintaining their reservation online, that discount will be removed. The better option for you would be to request a temporary email address from Bethel Coach Tours.
