Can I eat with the Bethel Family? How & When?

Absolutely! You will need to make arrangements with them in advance and then inform your tour guide of such plans. It is imperative however, to keep your Tour Guide well informed.

If you are planning to eat with a member of the Bethel family DO NOT confirm arrangements until your day by day itinerary has been posted online* in your Personal BCT Travel Desktop.

If you know your day by day itinerary and your are planning to eat with a member of the Bethel family, here’s a rule of thumb: If your BCT tour group is scheduled to tour the facility in the morning, plan for lunch. If your BCT tour group is scheduled to tour the facility in the afternoon, schedule to have the evening meal with them.

Your Day by Day Itinerary is traditionally posted about a month from departure so after the day by day is posted on your personal BCT travel desktop then you and those on your reservation with you can access the itinerary to view each day’s activities and you can then make your arrangements to eat with the Bethel family accordingly*.
